Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. Loved the spotless and affordable room with a lovely view of St. Isaac's Cathedral. The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great location, with a subway station within walking distance. Conveniently set within walking distance to pubs and cafés.

The hotel was in the central setting close to all tourist attractions. Moreover, it's short walk to shops, the Mariinsky Theater and Yusupov palace and good cafes outside...

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. perfect 10/10 experience, vacation base for celebrating birthday. ideal and popular hotel in the european style. private parking and very comprehensive and above average breakfast with an option of a freshly cooked omelette, an omelet and egg station. very responsive staff, brand-new and extremely pleasant room with a couple of elevators, power shower and the internet. unbeatable location 10 min walk from admiralteyskaya subway station. nice restaurant not very far from the venue.

Wonderful base for a short stay with very helpful employees at the reception desk. European-style building with extremely pleasant rooms including a bath, power shower, and chocolates.

stayed at a hotel in st. petersburg before, but petro palace was exceptional during this trip. perfect location near popular attractions, friendly staff who speak english, clean and spacious rooms, and even surprised us with champagne and fruit. highly recommend for both business and leisure.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The only downside was that the staff was not very knowledgeable about the area and couldn't give us accurate directions or help us book taxis. Additionally, the breakfast was quite expensive and not up to our expectations in terms of quality.

The location was unbeatable, with all the main attractions in Central St Petersburg within easy walking distance. We were close to the sights as well as a wide range of great restaurants. In fact, pretty much everything was within easy walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a diverse selection. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable.
